I sleep. I eat. I drink a lot of water. I try and stay active (but obviously not as active as I should be). I spend time outside. I go out with friends. I work hard. I write. I do everything that I should do but for the last week or so I have felt so tired.
Perhaps I'm not physically tired. Perhaps being emotionally, spiritually, and mentally tired result in feeling physically tired. But how do you get out of the exhaustion? Any suggestions?

You know Chelsea, I just think that you have had a lot to deal with... Getting to know a new place, starting a new job, making new friends, and, well...just LIFE!!! Once you get your feet in the door volunteering and doing good things out in our community and once things settle down a bit, I think you will be energized again!
When I get stressed I get really tired. I think Erika's right. Probably just getting use to everything. Keep at it, and try to enjoy it as much as you can.
That and you should start doing meth...
